- Pizza Ranch Restaurant – Lawyers represented the tenant, B6 Ranch Prime, LLC d/b/a Pizza Ranch in the lease of 10,340 sq. ft. of retail space at 1225 Heritage Point Commons shopping center on Wentzville Parkway in Wentzville, MO. The landlord, West Heritage Commons, LLC was represented by Corporate Group. This is the first Pizza Ranch restaurant to locate in the St. Louis region. Pizza Ranch is a 200+/- unit restaurant concept based in Iowa.
- OsteoStrong – Lawyers represented the landlord, MR Watson, LC in the lease of 2,560+/- sq. ft. of space at 10210 Watson Rd., Crestwood, MO to Bone Strength Balance & Stability, LLC (d/b/a OsteoStrong) who was represented by Re/Max Edge.
- AMAZON – Lawyers represented the landlord, Bank of Springfield in the lease of approximately 45,000 sq. ft. of land at 830 McDonnell Blvd. to Amazon. Amazon was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
